In purchasing firewood from us you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
Unless otherwise arranged we will always confirm delivery time with property owners prior to making a delivery. Booking a delivery time online is only a request and times are not confirmed until you receive booking confirmation from a member of our team.
Delivery team tips at client premises or at our warehouse is at the discretion of our clients.
Our bags of firewood are identical every time. They are filled to the same level every time so you will receive the same volume of wood every time, irrelevant of the number of logs contained.
All firewood is expected to be paid 4 hours prior to delivery. Payment options include electronic funds transfer (EFT) or online payments. EFT payments must include invoice number and a proof of payment sent to email@example.com. If you fail to provide payment for firewood delivered to your premise you have 7 working days to make payment or the debt will be passed onto our debt collection agency. All additional costs in debt collection will be added onto your outstanding balance.
Stock availably can change without notice, although we endeavour to keep stock levels updated we retain the right to cancel orders based on products selling out, even if order has been confirmed and payment received. Order cancellation will result in a full refund.
Orders can be cancelled with a full refund prior to the wood being loaded onto our delivery truck.
We retain the right to cancel any firewood load, at any time for any reason.

We will ring before the wood is loaded up to confirm delivery, unless arranged otherwise. Once wood is loaded onto delivery truck there will be a fee for cancellation, if the truck gets to your premises and there is no one to receive the delivery, our drivers and office staff will make all reasonable endeavours to contact you but only up to 10 mins after scheduled delivery time. If we fail to be allowed to enter the property to make the delivery, it will be the client’s responsibility to re-schedule their delivery and an additional delivery fee may be levied.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party. Emails sent by this company will only be in connection to the products and services which we provide.
In What Volumes Do We Sell Our Fire Wood?
We believe that our company supplies the most transparent and honest measured volume of wood. All of our bags are identical in size and are filled to an identical level with logs each time. Our bags are the size of a heavy weekend suitcase. Our standard blue gum and black wattle logs are cut to parameters of 28-32cms in length and 8-12cms in width - the proven optimum log size for economical combustion in most averaged sized fireplaces and enclosed units. Each bag will contain an average of 18-22 logs but the volume will be the same every time.
24 bags comprises one ‘load’. Statistics show that our household clients who burn for 4-5 hours per day in an average sized unit will order every 6 weeks.
The weight of our bags is 17-19kgs. Important fact: a heavier bag is not a sign of more wood, but usually a sign that the logs contain a higher moisture content. A freshly cut standard sized log would weigh around 2kgs. The same log after 2 years seasoning will weigh approximately 1.3kgs!
